Bring the relevant requirements
If your test is for work, travel or another organisation, share its exact requirements with the laboratory so the team can check the test required.
Receiving your result
The laboratory will explain the fee, expected processing time and how your result will be provided when arranging your test.
For an individual health concern, speak with the clinical team about assessment as well as testing. The laboratory confirms the test method and expected result time when arranging your visit.
When to visit
Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm; Saturday, 8am–3pm; Sunday, closed.
Report to reception in the main hospital building first.
What to bring
Bring your test request or referral where relevant, and any written requirements from the organisation requesting your test.
