Meet Dr. Kofi Boateng.
Dr. Kofi Boateng worked at Cape Coast Teaching Hospital and HopeXchange Medical Centre in Kumasi before joining Atasemanso Hospital. A graduate of the University of Cape Coast Medical School, he brings that clinical experience to his general medical consultations and work with the hospital team.
At Atasemanso, Dr. Kofi Boateng provides general medical consultations and works with the clinical and diagnostic teams to plan investigations, treatment and follow-up.
His approach reflects the hospital’s emphasis on listening, respectful communication and attention to the circumstances of the person seeking care. Explaining the next steps is an important part of helping patients and families take part in decisions about their care.
Working alongside Dr. John Boateng and Dr. Ama Serwaah Boateng, he contributes his own training and experience while building on the lessons of his father’s career. Together with the wider hospital team, he helps carry the founding commitment to personal care into daily practice.
